Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10/28/2026

Hermetiq Solutions LLC, based in New York, United States, provides Treacherous Trolls. This policy explains how we process information when you play the game, visit treacheroustrolls.com, or contact us for support. Contact us at info@hermetiqsolutions.com. Our company website is hermetiqsolutions.com.

Information used by the game

Meta account and access information. The game obtains your Meta user identifier and sends it to our Cloudflare-hosted service to verify access to the game with Meta and associate achievement updates with your account. We do not receive your payment-card details through this process.

Achievements. The game records achievement progress and unlocks on your device and sends achievement updates through our service to Meta. Updates include achievement identifiers and the relevant progress or unlock information, associated with your Meta user identifier. Updates may be queued locally until they can be sent.

Local game data. The game stores preferences, difficulty, progress, tutorial completion, and achievement information on your device. It also uses session storage for your Meta user identifier and an access cookie to keep track of verified access. The access cookie expires after seven days and may be renewed when you access the game. Persistent local game data remains until it is cleared or replaced.

VR inputs. The game processes headset and controller inputs to display the scene and operate the guns and controls. These inputs are used for gameplay on your device; the game's application code does not send a continuous tracking stream to our servers.

Technical and diagnostic information. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the game and its online services. Diagnostic and testing features can also send technical information about game events, errors, timing, and performance to our service when those features are enabled or used. Routine crash-log uploads are disabled by default. We use diagnostic information to investigate errors, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve game stability and performance.

Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and resolve your request.

Who processes information

We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the game and operate its online services. Meta processes ownership checks and achievements, and separately operates your Meta account, platform, and purchases. Our email service processes support correspondence. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Meta's applicable privacy notices for information about their practices. This policy describes our game services and does not replace those notices.

Website

Our game website provides information and links about Treacherous Trolls. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection and request information to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us by email or follow a link to Meta or another service, that interaction involves the relevant service provider. We will update this policy to reflect changes to the website’s features and data practices.

Age ratings

Please consult the game's Meta store listing for the content rating applicable in your region and follow Meta's account and age requirements. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a child's information, contact us at info@hermetiqsolutions.com.

Retention

We retain information only as needed for the purposes described here, including resolving support requests, operating and protecting the service, and satisfying applicable legal obligations. Local storage and the access cookie follow the periods described above. Diagnostic records use a limited rolling cache and may be overwritten or expire. Infrastructure logs and support correspondence follow the retention settings and practices of the services involved. Meta maintains platform achievement records under its applicable policies.

Your choices and requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control, email info@hermetiqsolutions.com with the subject Treacherous Trolls Privacy Request. Tell us what you would like to request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records and verify your request. Do not send your password or payment-card information.

You can clear locally stored game information using the relevant device or browser storage controls. Clearing it may reset game progress and preferences. Contact us if you need help. Clearing local data does not itself delete achievements held by Meta. We will explain which requests we can fulfill and when you need to use Meta's account or privacy controls for information Meta controls.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including objection to or restriction of processing, portability, and the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
